    As head of Nabler's conversion rate optimization practice, he helps companies improve their website conversion rates and scale their optimization programs by leveraging a data-centric methodology, highly skilled talent and enterprise-level optimization platforms.

    Shawn C. Reed Director, Measurement Strategy

    Shawn is a creator, innovator, and entrepreneur who has been a practitioner of information technology for well over 20 years. He believes that making data-driven decisions is almost always the right move, which is why he wanted to join the Nabler team and help companies get more value out of their analytics investments.

    Shawn's background includes 15 years of enterprise web development, and over 10 years of deep analytics experience. He has worked with some of the world's top companies (Microsoft, TD Bank, Electronic Arts, Sephora, and the NFL, to name a few) and helped them solve some of their greatest digital analytics challenges. He was also a key member of the product development team for Satellite, which was later acquired by Adobe to become Dynamic Tag Management.

    At Nabler, Shawn is responsible for managing and growing a successful consulting practice centered around analytics data collection, data quality, and measurement strategy.”

    Anjana has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science degree. Starting her career as a software programmer, she has managed software & product development for various Fortune 500 companies. She has been the Head of Quality for a 2000+ member business unit. For the past 6 years, she has been providing process and business consulting to multiple organizations. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Lean Leader. Recently, she has been involved in architecting a process framework which has been used by multiple organizations for compliance with standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 27000 and CMMi framework. Anjana is currently Nabler's Chief Information Security Officer and is driving the information security initiative across the organization.

    Prem Panchami Director, Engineering & IT

    A graduate from RVCE, Bangalore, Prem started his career at Siemens building communications software for digital telephone exchanges. After that, he spent most of his career at Microsoft, Redmond within the Server and Tools Business division. During that time he was responsible for shipping several features across a wide range of Microsoft products – Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET, Visual Studio and Windows Azure. He brings to the table over 18 years of world class software development experience ranging from incubating ideas all the way to sustained engineering. Software aside, he loves hiking, backpacking and long distance cycling. He and his wife has spent many a rambling day walking in the Pacific Northwest, Chile, Europe and India. Most of his time at home is spent on philosophical discussions with his wife and 2 daughters about life, death and everything in-between. And putting away toys!!
