Once the email is written and ready, it must be tested on multiple email clients and multiple email accounts. The newsletter must also be tested against the major spam filters. This is to ensure that the newsletter arrives safely in the readers' inbox.

There are hosted applications available to send the emails, so that any number of email can be send at a time. Special attention must be paid to the from line, subject, etc so that there is a higher chance of the user opening the email. We also take care that the emails are not considered spam by the major spam filters available in the market.
