- Updating your clients about the new launch or the latest promotion
- Informing your clients about the latest news and trends in your industry

The best way to avoid spamming your clients is to build an opt-in list which you gather while the clients contact you or place an order. This opt-in list would ideally have the list of email addresses of clients who would like to have email updates on the latest developments on your site.
