Our workshop process


The KPI Workshop starts by identifying the key people to participate. This includes stakeholders from the business, marketing, analytics, monetization and, product teams.

We share a questionnaire to get an initial understanding before the discovery session.

The session is facilitated by one of our experienced consultants and brings together business function heads, operations heads and, experienced consultants.

Based on our initial understanding and the questionnaire data we organize a discovery session where we review the current reporting infrastructure, operational challenges, monthly and quarterly goals, and business expectations.

The process ensures that the group arrives at a broad consensus on metric definitions, measurement sources, the frequency of reporting and the target group to whom it has to be communicated.

The information gathered during the workshop is then grouped and organized as per the ABC framework (Acquisition, Behavior, Conversion)

We then draft the KPI framework manual which demystifies the KPIs that have to be used to measure and report the performance of the business.

The manual also includes the metrics that are needed by various business users and clearly defines each metric and describes scenarios in which the metric becomes a critical input for decision making.
